Shipping Information:

We offer a flat shipping rate of $10.95 on all orders shipped within Australia.

 

Conditions:

  • Currently we only offer postage within Australia.

  • Our goal is to process orders within a timeframe of 24-72 hours. If you decide to cancel your order, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us as swiftly as you can. If the Shipping information has been generated but the order has not been dispatched, we can proceed with the cancellation and issue a refund, deducting any payment fees we have incurred. Once an order has been dispatched, we regret to inform you that it cannot be cancelled.

  • Our preferred postal carrier is Australia Post.

  • A tracking number will be provided for all parcels, this will be provided when the parcel is dispatched.

  • Please ensure the address provided is accurate. If the delivery address given is incorrect and the parcel is returned, it’s the purchaser’s responsibility to pay for re-delivery, this will be the case even if the original order had free shipping. If you would like the parcel/products refunded this will be less any shipping incurred by Banksia Cove.

  • Where possible, orders will be dispatched within 48-hours of receiving payment.

 

Express Shipping within Australia: 

  • Our preferred provider for Express Post is Australia Post.

  • A tracking number will be provided for all parcels, this will be provided when the parcel is dispatched.

  • Express Shipping is not available under any FREE shipping specials.

  • Orders with Express Shipping are dispatched Monday to Friday

  • A maximum of 5kg can be shipped via Express Shipping

 

Please refer to the Australia Post website to confirm if you are in the next-day delivery zone. If you’re not, please allow some extra time if you live outside of the next day deliver zones.

 

Packaging:

All care is taken to ensure your order is wrapped up and packaged to limit any breakages or spillages during transit. We also like to upcycle packing materials we receive.

 

In the unfortunate event of a breakage, please contact me within 48-hours of the order being received with pictures of the damage. We can then discuss options.

 

Dispatch:

Where possible, all orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business-days after payment has been received. As our products are handmade, you will be notified via email or phone if there are any expected delays if your order needs to be made.

 

Authority to Leave:

If you have provided an Authority to Leave, Banksia Cove will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Due to the weather here in Australia, the main one being extreme heat, this can have an adverse effect on the products and items. We strongly advise not to leave orders especially bath and body products unattended. Any items that have been affected by an order being left unattended will not be replaced or refunded.
